Business Development Manager

Are you an ambitious and energetic person who likes to shake things up and scale ideas to the next level? Join us as our new Business Development Manager and help us expand our clientele while doing good for our planet. You will be at the forefront of our company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective new sales strategies.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients in order to increase our overall positive impact on our planet.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy
  • Conduct research to identify new markets
  • Expand distribution channels
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ (e.g. retailer, ambassador, charities) objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods

Requirements

  • Preferably experience as business development manager, sales person or similar
  • Preferably experience in client/customer support
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Planning skills
  • Interest in saving our planet
  • Being a decent human being
